The gap

There are venues for every occasion. None built for Bangalore's most ambitious people.

The Bar

Social — but built on alcohol, noise, and the performance of having fun

The Gym

Community-driven — but demands more output from people already running on empty

The Spa

Restorative — but passive, solitary, and stripped of the social energy that makes a night out worth having

The gap

There is no club in Bangalore built for the person who has everything — except a place to truly recover, connect, and be among people who understand that.

Social bathhouse culture

The global shift

The social bathhouse culture is booming in other countries to fill this gap and meet social, community and recovery needs.

"Social bathhouses — a huge global trend driving the thermal springs market's projected 10% annual growth"

Global Wellness Institute Economy Monitor, 2025

"In America's cities, saunas are becoming the hottest social spot. The wellness club is Gen Z's country club"

Vogue, 2025

"Saunas and other water-based amenities are booming"

The concept

A club designed for Bangalore's most interesting people — exclusively. Membership is highly curated. Where health is the ultimate status symbol.

People talking — really talking. Bangalore's most interesting people exchanging ideas in a room designed to bring out the best in them. sól is the city's most exclusive members' club — opening 2027 — where access is earned, the community is curated, and wellness is the price of entry. Built for the founders, executives, creatives and investors who understand that recovery is not a luxury. It is an edge.

Pillar 01

The sól Circuit

75-minute facilitated experiences using curated soundscapes, essential oils, breathwork, and aufguss ceremonies.

Pillar 04

Curation of the Collective

"The most exclusive room in Bangalore.

Saturday night at sól

The experience

Friday & Saturday Night
at sól

The sauna full. The DJ on. Mocktails at the bar. People talking — really talking. This is what Saturday night looks like when it's built around how you want to feel on Sunday.

"A night out that leaves you feeling good — a way to relax, drop your guard, and socialise without the usual distractions of technology or alcohol."

Amanda Laine, Co-founder — Othership

The Social — Friday & Saturday nights

Phone-Free Zone

Strictly digital-detox. Real conversation. Present connection.

The Wellness Bar

Mocktails, tonics, teas. Designed for social nourishment.

Live DJ

High-vibe energy in the lounge. Friday and Saturday nights only.

"The most exclusive room in Bangalore.
Earned through health."

Membership

By invitation only.
The community is the product.

Membership to sól is by invitation only. There are no public applications. Every member is known, vouched for, and welcomed personally.

What membership includes

A monthly allocation of credits — your access to the space, the rituals, and the community
Weekday daytime — light draw on your credits. For those who move on their own schedule.
Weekday evenings — the working week, unwound. Higher draw, deeper access.
Weekends & public holidays — the most sought-after time. Reserved for those who plan ahead.
Guided Journeys — facilitated sessions with curated soundscapes, breathwork, and aufguss. A small additional credit draw for an elevated experience.

Additional credits

Members who wish to extend their time or bring a guest may acquire additional credits privately. Details are shared upon membership confirmation.

Founding membership

The first 100 members will hold a founding rate — locked for life. This tier will not be offered again. Founding members shape the culture of sól from day one.

Beyond the membership

The Bar

Mocktails, adaptogens, tonics. Curated to restore, not impair.

The Edit

A curated selection of wellness objects — oils, scrubs, and sól-branded essentials.

Guided Journeys

Facilitated experiences available to all members on request.

Brand Partnerships

Select wellness, beauty and lifestyle brands. Always curated, never intrusive.

The unit economics

Our model is built on an elite, low-density foundation that delivers a 70% Gross Margin even at conservative baseline projections.

Our proprietary ritual OS allows us to maintain luxury-level exclusivity with software-like margins.

70%

Gross contribution margin

Achieved within the first eight months.

9 mo

To positive net profit

Net profitability including rent — our single largest cost — within the first year of operation.

160

Members to reach breakeven

A deliberately intimate membership ceiling. At 160 members, the first club breaks even on a Capex of $265K USD — and every member after that is pure margin.

Assumption: modelled conservatively at a membership contribution of ₹20,000 a month — the lower bound of what this membership commands.

This is one room. In one city.

The starting point of something much larger.

The vision

Divided by cities.
United by the sól tribe.

Our members are global citizens. Whether closing a deal in Bandra or leading a sprint in Hitec City, sól Travel Mode ensures their recovery follows them.

Home Away From Home

A sól centre in every major hub becomes the default third space for India's most mobile professionals.

Proprietary OS

We've codified the ritual and the environment. Expansion is simply a matter of deployment, not discovery.

Kellogg MBA · McKinsey · AMEX · SaaS (UAE)

Apara knows the cost of high performance intimately — and decided to engineer the antidote. A Kellogg MBA and seasoned tech strategist, she's spent her career scaling high-value ecosystems across the US, UAE, and India — as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey (San Francisco), a Strategist at AMEX (New York), and a Product Leader at a high-growth SaaS company in the UAE.

To build sól right, she took the plunge — literally. Over six months she visited 15+ premier bathhouses across three continents — from NYC to Iceland to Singapore — soaking in every ritual and distilling the world's best into one blueprint.
